Legal Drinking Age: Velvet Elixirs provides bartending services only to clients who confirm that all guests are of legal drinking age. Velvet Elixirs reserves the right to refuse service to any guest unable to provide proof of age or who appears intoxicated.
 
Liability: Velvet Elixirs is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the event due to the consumption of alcohol. The responsibility for monitoring guests’ alcohol consumption and ensuring safe behavior rests with the client and event organizers.
 
Event Permits: Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permits for alcohol service at their event. Velvet Elixirs is not liable for any legal issues arising from unlicensed alcohol service.
 
Alcohol Consumption: Velvet Elixirs promotes responsible drinking and encourages clients and their guests to drink responsibly. The service provider is not liable for the actions of guests following the event.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total event fee is required to secure Velvet Elixirs' services. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of services."
 
Cancellation by Client: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will not incur additional charges. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be subject to a cancellation fee of the initial deposit.
 
Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 5 days in advance. Velvet Elixirs will accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
 
Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), Velvet Elixirs will work with the client to reschedule the event. Refunds may be provided at the company's discretion.

Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable unless Velvet Elixirs is unable to provide services for the event. Full refunds for services paid in advance are only available if cancellation occurs at least 15 days before the event.
 
No refunds will be provided for services rendered during the event or for cancellations made within 14 days of the event, except in cases of force majeure.
